I'm really glad I got involved with Toastmasters. I was really surprised by the cost - I figured it would be 4x as much.

This reminds me I really need to go to a local meeting and find a Toastmasters. I have heard nothing but great news about it. The more I speak the more I love it so Toastmasters will only take things to another level and mindset.

I'm always surprised when online marketers don't think they 'need' public speaking skills. Public speaking offers benefits that can increase your ROI in all areas of business. Just think of the potential for payout raises if you're confident enough to pick up the phone and be assertive!

Agreed - it doesn't have to be in front of a group - the skills translate to the phone, videos, podcasts, meeting people, etc.

Many classes and workshops are multi-use. A lot of affiliates are anti-college, but even if you take 1-2 courses it can really help in other aspects of business. Or, of course, sign up for clubs like Toastmasters!
